Great customer service! I drove into the Touch Free Wash too quick, it ran water over my car then the door opened. I called, he told me why he kicked me out of the Wash, went in too fast, then he let me go through again. Platinum Wash, all good stuff. I’ll definitely be going back!!
No touchless options as Google advertised.. unless you wash it yourself.. Car wash itself was closed when I arrived contrary to what Google says..
Signed up for the membership and it barely ever read my license plate so I was forced to pay again to get a wash..They give you no instructions on how to cancel and I’ve messaged them directly to get it cancelled with no response..Pretty much a scam stay away
Worst car wash, never clean, always a dump, soap doesn’t dispense. All the selections for tire shine, wax etc are blocked off. No one is ever there to contact when you have issues.
The touch free wash is decent, but the soft touch wash failed to rinse off the wax it applied, and the dryer just spread the leftover wax all over the car. Very disappointing.
