Beware of the service department, got my truck back with a big tear in the steering. They offered to pay half to repair but after I call a shop that does leather repair like this it will cost less then the half they were willing to pay. Just beware.....

Terrible service. Blown transmission on a gmc 2500 hd work truck( under warranty )and wanted me to wait 3 weeks to even bring it in to look at. Ridiculous

I do not typically share my thoughts about businesses on Facebook but my father recently purchased a vehicle and it has been nothing but trouble. The customer service is horrible, Granite Run Buick and GMC has terrible service they do not take steps to address and resolve issues. They consistently give you the run around and pass you to other people on the phone, no one actually providing any assistance or an answer.
