Repearedly failed to perform work I requested. Also, charged twice for diagnosis they did not do properly.

To start off Ed (Manager) and David (Salesman) are great people. They gave me a great deal on my dream truck and I'm thankful for that! They are both personable and not pushy at all. So if you are looking for a good dealership to work with then look no further, Granite Run is where its at!
Really disappointed, I wanted to like this place so bad but, it fell short of all expectations. I spoke with the sales manager Ed. Made an appointment to see and buy and GMC Terrain. Made it clear what my budget was, my time was limited and I just wanted what I wanted and had other options and was gonna go with the best deal someone offered. I brought an Encore GX from Brendan! Brendan was super helpful and was very patient with me while I took my time deciding to buy my car. The whole sales team was pleasant and made me feel welcomed from the time I walked through the door until the time I left. Ed the sales manager was also super helpful ! Fantastic team at Granite Run Buick GMC, they really care about their customers. My father, who is 86 yo, needed an inspection sticker. I live an hour from him and due to covid, getting to him is difficult. The team at GR arranged to have the car picked up and returned with a new sticker. They even cleaned the car! Thank you Granite Run team, you made an old man very happy!
