Purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra from Granite Run back in October and could not be happier with the car. Ryan, Marc, Patrick and John were all great during the purchase. I don't remember their names but the guy at the service desk and woman at the rental desk were also very helpful. If you are looking for a GMC truck this is the place to get it.
I purchased a Chevrolet Impala for $8000 from here a couple months ago. They told me they detailed it and purchased it at night so I couldn't see how good it was. The next day I looked inside and it looked like a kid detailed it. I called and they told me to bring the car back and they will detail it again. All they did was spray high shine on the door panels inside the second time. This happened 3 times of going back and forth putting at least 500 miles extra on the car. We purchased an acadia that they "just got in" back in may. It was in the shop when they showed us the vehicle. We were desperate to find something else and thought everything was ok. Only to find out they just covered up countless problens with the car. Having the car this long we have already had check engine issues and countless things happen. I know it was a used car but to sell us something that expensive and have it have so many issues it is just immoral. Very poor business practice. They obviously dont care about the ... read more

Cedric was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I spoke to about 6 or 7 dealerships throughout the process and not only was he the most responsive and easiest to deal with. I liked him immediately and knew I was going to make the drive to Media just for him! I am also in the sales industry and service and quick response time is the most important in purchasing a car. Cedric did a PERFECT job!
