I received an offer in the mail from Granite Run Buick GMC and decided to check it out. I worked with Scott to buy a used car and got a great deal. I don't have fantastic credit and they were able to put me in an excellent condition used vehicle within my price range. I noticed a crack in the windshield the day after I bought it (it was small but don't know how we missed it), and they replaced the windshield and gave me updated inspection free of charge. I have a pre-certified vehicle my oil change and tire rotation are covered under the warranty. When I picked up my car I was charged for the tire rotation oil change. When I asked why I was charged they told me the service department was closed and they can't give me my car unless I pay for the services rendered so I had to pay them the $43 so that I can have a way home. So, after taking a day off to go have my car checked out for a noise that they couldn't even tell me what it was I am very unhappy! Made an appointment, they told me to be there by 8 which we were, called about 2 since we haven't heard anything and they hadn't even looked at it!
