Updating rating and conclusion. I am happy to report that Sims-Lohman did come through and is refunding us for the filler we did not need to order. The regional manager helped and we will be working with them in the future for other projects. Recently ordered cabinets and trim pieces and spent close to $3000 total. I sent photos to the sales rep of the current trim we have and needed to change out with the new cabinets. Recently ordered cabinets and trim pieces and spent close to $3000 total. I sent photos to the sales rep of the current trim we have and needed to change out with the new cabinets. I was told by her that we had filler on our upper cabinets so I ordered the pieces based on her response. Upon delivery, the filler (which was the more expensive trim pieces) was not in fact what’s in our kitchen. She claimed she thought it was filler.
