Might be too far gone...
Had car window smashed in and rummaged through,water seeping under foundation causing mold in living room and bedroom, as well as gates are broken 50% of the time.

Its a great day me and my family we are very happy. But im also writing because I’m a little concerned about the tropical Hurricane and I would like to know what is the process or what is the contingency plan in case something happens here in this complex?
Been here for almost 2 years now and couldn't have picked a better place! The staff is always kind, plenty of parking, and the apartment itself is nice and spacious! My only gripe is the dumpster is so far away from most units, having a second dumpster at the back entrance would be beneficial but I can understand if it's not possible.
I am staying from last 3 years. Office staff is amazing. Great place to live!
