Both requests was fixed, but we had a slip up, over all good job
I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately I can’t. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience living here. In just the last two weeks, I submitted three maintenance requests—and every single one was marked as “completed” without anyone ever contacting me or entering my unit. That is completely unacceptable. If no work has been done, it should not be marked as completed. I attempted to reach the office multiple times by both phone and email and received no response. I would recommend living here , good and calm apartments , management and maintenance are friendly .
UPDATE: If I can give less than 1 star, I WOULD. Management is terrible. The maintenance guy is great at his job. I haven't really had any issues with him, HOWEVER, management SUCKS!!! The last two leasing agents were terrible and the new leasing agent is terrible at her job. Great customer service is a thing of the past. She smiles in your face to appear genuine but she is not.
