Terrible customer service! During these challenging Coronavirus times, I created an account and purchased one bulk toilet paper item. Four days after the purchase I was contacted by email informing me that stock was limited and my money was to be refunded because the items were going to be reserved/prioritized for existing customers.
Great customer service, fast delivery and honest. I recommend them to everyone with a need for office supplies!
Granite is our ONLY "go to" for ALL our office/building needs.....everything from coffee to toilet paper!! They always deliver on the SAME DAY and the delivery person is ALWAYS ALWAYS so nice and professional. We never have any problems if we have to return an item, no matter how large or small!!
