Worst customer service I've ever received!!! The owner of the company, Dennis, came to do the measurements and template himself. Original counter tops out, wall torn down, everything just as it should be. When his crew came to install the new granite tops (he was out of town), we realized he'd measured them 6 inches too short. I spoke with Dennis' foreman (who was also not at my home), who basically said, it's not our fault-you either take it how it is, or buy a new piece of granite-I'd already paid 50%.
