I worked at Granite gate for a little more than 3 yrs. I absolutely adored the residents. As employees we were treated horribly. Tamara is incapable of running the facility. None of the employees leave under happy conditions. Everyone of us felt forced out. I was ignored & belittled every single day by chef Josh. But the love i felt for the residents & some coworkers kept me there.. Im glad I left, obviously wouldnt reccomend working there,But Im going to miss some parts of it for a long time.
I love working at Granite Gate. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The residents are wonderful and they are polite and happy with the work we do. This is a great place to work. The company treats their employees wonderful. The benefits are great and affordable. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like to work here.
