I went in to get the misfire fixed in October, they had my car 45 days and supposedly fixed the misfire and replaced the PCM after I contacted the BBB about the run around I was getting as to why it was taking so long to fix it. Drove it off the lot and got to Dover and the check engine light came back on and my car is still misfiring, and not only is that still happening, the reverse camera no longer works and my remote starter hasn’t worked since going there. 8 months later and a few grand later. Service department is not helpful and treat you like garbage when you find a issue covered under warranty. Stay away from the service department

Rochester ford performed some warranty work on my company van and in the process their technician broke a 12 ft step ladder by reinstalling it on the roof rack incorrectly, brought the issue up to the service manager rob Clark and he said he would let the owner know.he then proceeded to not return phone calls, when I called again he avoided me, I called the sales manager and spoke to him and he said that according to rob Clark the head service advisor, that I lied about the ladder damage and was a total liar himself. I took my 2018 F150 into the dealership to have some modifications done and was very pleased with the level of service from the owner all the way down to the tech's that completed the job. The service manager went above and beyond procuring some specialty parts and bringing the job to completion. Thanx again guys great job.

My wife and I purchased a 2018 Ford Focus from Rochester Ford the whole buying process was quick and painless Steve one of the salesman was really great and another gentleman named Bob were really great to us we were treated like humans and not numbers they even delivered the car to our house and finished the paperwork in our driveway now how many car dealerships actually do that they also work with people with not so great credit only downside is they don’t seem to be a huge fan with trade ins but that’s ok they were still ... read more
