RecommendedThe guys at Rochester ford have been fantastic to my wife and I . They were able to get me in a lease in December and then my wife into a beautiful used rig in July which included delivery 2 1/2 hours north of the dealership . By the time Steve left our house it was almost 10pm . He was happy to do it for us extremely Courteous and professional. I am a customer for life . If your looking for a new rig or a quality used rig check them out you will not be sorry .
The service department especially if you need to use an extended warranty. Their inaccurate descriptions of the damage caused a claim denial. I demanded the old parts and got the claim approved. I felt like they just wanted my money and could care less about helping me recoup it. Also our Ford Explorer has been in twice for loss of steering control that nearly caused a head on collision. I brought my vehicle in for a $1600 repair. While in their care my side mirror glass got broken. They refuse to fix it. First they said it happened in the parking lot, it’s not their problem. Now they’re saying it happened before I brought the car in. It was not broken when I dropped it off. Horrible customer service.

The photos that were taken show that the mirror was damaged prior to your leaving the vehicle at the dealership. We have a policy on every repair that is standard in the industry stating the dealership is not responsible for damage or theft while a vehicle is in our possession. Quick to sell you a car and get you out of the door, but for the love of god do not buy anything form these people that's not a Ford. My roommate and I were sold a Chrysler 200 from these people, and a year later, they're now telling us they don't have the tools to handle repairs. Not worth dealing with, despite most of the employees being very kind. Don't even get me started on the car's problems I've been stuck with.
Just leased a new F-150 here and I can genuinely say I had an easy and enjoyable experience. Erik was my salesperson and he really worked hard to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He remained patient with me while I was being super picky!
