I am not happy with my new granite counters. They cancelled installation twice, and then lost our measurements. We asked for our money back and they refused. The guys that did the installation did not speak any english. I couldn't communicate with them. They were yelling in Spanish back and forth to each other. The seam in my kitchen really stands out. I should have gone with a company that knows what they are doing.
This has been some of the worst service I have seen and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. A lot of mistakes. Try to avoid and do not deal with!!!
A great place to go for countertops. I have been working with this company for years. They have natural stone, quartz, sinks, faucets, and much, much more. The showroom is great and the selection is vast. The sales people here are great too!
Dear Carolyn, This is is an awful review and full of mis-representations. You are right about the fact that we had issue with the correct cutting of your tub peace, but what you fail to say is we came right away to fix it. You did not mention that we met your rush order with no delay. You are saying i was livid and screming and that is a huge overstatment of what really happened. Horrible, horrible company to work with. Installers came out, drilled the granite in our master bedroom leaving dust everywhere... even in our bed! Decking of the tub was installed with a large gap in it, cut incorrectly. When we called the owner, Nadia, to ask them to fix the problem... she got insanely livid and began cursing and screaming despite our successful efforts to remain calm and explain the problem.
