We were referred to Granite Experts by a now defunct Wood Dale kitchen remodeling company. The kitchen remodeling company was absolutely awful, but our experience with Granite Experts was the only good thing about which we were pleased. They expertly measured, delivered and installed beautiful Emerald Pearl granite countertops in a very timely manner. If we move and need new granite counters, we'd definitely engage Expert Granite Experts.

I remodeled my whole kitchen and purchased my countertops, sink and faucet with Granite Experts. I had great experience with this company especially the installers. The service was top level from start to finish. I get compliments on my kitchen countertops non stop. The granite I choose was with lots of color movement and veins and the fabrication tapped the slabs for me before they cut. Instalers did a fabulos job on my seam. I have a home in Barrington and my wife and I stopped by. We end up ordering our granite tops, although we were a little hesitant at first, becase of the reviews my wife read. It turns out that our sales person was very detail oriented and pleasant to deal with and we felt comfortable with her. When the measure guy came to our house, he walked us through every aspect, gave us also information on what to expect at installation. do not bring your buisness here, i stopped by their showroom looking to update my kitchen and it was a horrible experience. the sales person seemed like he had no clue what he was talking about and kept counterdicting himself, he also gave me an outrageous price for a small kitchen. the entire place smells like cigarrettes, especially the showroom and there was some sort of argument going full of vulgar language i didnt want my kids to hear. i told the sales person that i will think about it but i had enough i will update my... read more
