What I picked out and paid for- what I triple triple double checked that they would be like I wanted them they insured me that they would be, I made so sure of everything because of the trouble I had had with them since January. They put the seam in the middle of the countertop VERY NOTICABLE and the installation again like before was horrible. I wanted this fixed they countertops look awful and NOT what I had ordered. We are very pleased with our overall experience with Granite Empire of Chattanooga, TN. We worked with Julia as our sales consultant. She was extremely pleasant and helpful to work with, as were others with whom we became involved through the buying process. There were some minor scheduling problems, some of which were unavoidable (flat tire, broken axle on the delivery trailer).
