The company took $390 and quoted a week to get the stone for my fireplace cut back in May. They never called. I followed up with a message and they stated that they called and left a message, there was no messages from Granite Direct. I’ve made multiple additional attempts to contact the company to arrange for the pickup of my item, no response. I am now going to the BBB and my credit card company to dispute this charge because they apparently don’t intend on giving me the product I paid for.

Granite Direct was wonderful. Their bid for my countertops came in 30% below another local granite specialist and was equal to a big box store. The personalized service, short turnaround time and beautiful craftsmanship on the countertop and install made it an excellent choice. I can't recommend them more highly.
