The company took $390 and quoted a week to get the stone for my fireplace cut back in May. They never called. I followed up with a message and they stated that they called and left a message, there was no messages from Granite Direct. I’ve made multiple additional attempts to contact the company to arrange for the pickup of my item, no response. I am now going to the BBB and my credit card company to dispute this charge because they apparently don’t intend on giving me the product I paid for.

First time renovator so wasn’t completely sure what to expect. Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable front desk attendant walked me through the process every step of the way. Will definitively consider again for future projects!
Granite Direct was wonderful. Their bid for my countertops came in 30% below another local granite specialist and was equal to a big box store. The personalized service, short turnaround time and beautiful craftsmanship on the countertop and install made it an excellent choice. I can't recommend them more highly.
