I have everything to share with you to make a wise choice. Roman is. Totally awesome. He's there for you, for your every need. Stephen the sales Rep kept his promises. And helped us pick out the perfect. Quartz for our counter tops. And the installers, let me tell you, it's the best installation I have ever had. You can't see a seam. In fact, in all the countertops I had put in you, they had to do one seam. And that was it. That's how good it was. I would highly recommend them for any of your projects.
Beware! What a mistake it was to choose this company! I rarely complain , but this has been the worst experience of my new home build. After weeks of driving and searching for the right stone for my kitchen and bathroom, I chose both from this location. I was promised 2 week turn around for install and still trying to get an ETA 5 weeks later. My sales rep was trying to help, as my plumber was held up as well needing to set faucets. They cut 2 of 5 pieces incorrectly, accused me of "moving cabinets". Tried to intimate me into taking the incorrect pieces. Finally agreed to recut the incorrect ones, took 3 weeks to get them back then added additional money to the bill and tried to gaslight me into believing they had talked to me about the price increase. Never use these guys.
We had a great experience with Granite Depot in the Turkey Creek/Farragut, TN location. We worked with Steven throughout the process. He was extremely helpful and thoughtful and timely with any questions we had about the process. Just a nice, young man. The measuring and installation also went well. I would have given 4.9 stars if that was an option, only because there were a few minor challenges but everything worked out and we are very pleased with our beautiful new countertop and backsplash.
BUYER BEWARE- please please do your research and stay away from any of these granite depots all owned buy same person. Let me start by saying everything with my sales guy Steven was going fine till installation. Let me first say they don’t use laser equipment to do templates just plastic so if anything is off it’s not getting straightened out before they come to install.
