Island Granite has installed new kitchen and bathrooms counter tops in 3 condos for us. Very pleased with all 3 units. Dominique was great to work with.
Island Granite did a GREAT job installing our quartzite countertops. We originally were planing to use a local stone company in Fairhope but their customer service was terrible. They seemed too busy to get us a quote in a reasonable time and tried to tell us quartzite was too expensive. We contacted Island Granite when we became unhappy with the Fairhope company. Thanks for all your help in getting our kitchen and bathroom done. The granite is beautiful!
Not happy, they got final payment and now repairing their mistake is not a priority. Overhang on the island is greater on one side vs the other and the sink is not aligned with the base cabinets. Slab was not cut properly. Installer said NOTHING even though there is no way he did not know because it is that off, I had to call them about the mistake. Cabinets were also damaged during install and I had to pay out of pocket for the repair.
I love the customer service here. They are very nice and have very reasonable prices. Tonya Ramos is my favorite. Heath Miller is the sweetest. I give you guys at Island Granite a 10!!!!!!. PleAse stop in for a professional quote that won't hurt your bank account!!!
