My experience has been all good. No problems in getting things taken care and done quickly. Always having updates done when new lease is signed, waiting now. Living here has been great for me and not considering moving no time soon as long as things stay good here.
I'm about to move into my 5th unit with Granite Club and have lived here on and off for the last decade. Some units I've had I didn't have to make a single work order, some have had their wear and tear (the building is older, it's going to happen), but what keeps me renewing is Mona and The Granite Club Team. They are so responsive, solution oriented, and hands on. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to move there they I would give a 0 if had too. About 6 months of living there in 2023 when moved I lost my dad decided to move they denied me and gave an option to transfers instead or paid 2800 of lease break then the other assistant called me same day and told me it’s 3300 instead just so they can continue to scam me.
