New management took over this complex recently, and they have not been able to keep up with the pool maintenance. The pool is in terrible shape. Its always closed. Originally, we were told the pool would be opened June 1st, then we called and were told the opening date was postponed for June 7th. We tried using it last Saturday the 13th and it was still closed. Their pool was supposed to open on 06/01. They delayed the opening of the pool until 06/06 because they needed to "clean it and do maintenance on it to ensure it was good to go for the residents of the complex" Now that it is "open" it is disgusting and NOTHING was done to clean it. You pay for an emmenity that you are not getting! The quality of service being provided since the new ownership took over is the worse!
