The staff at the Sartell location were the rudest, most condescending staff I’ve ever had the unpleasure of working with. A staff member followed me outside and literally screamed and swore at me to shut up after I was asking questions about my car. In my experience, when someone has valid questions with a desire to understand, the best solution is to try to answer those questions, not punish the person for asking in the first place. Didn't fix issue in initial apt. but called and offered to take a second look. They helped find the issue in 2nd apt and were extremely helpful. Very happy with level of commitment they offered especially being a large franchise.
Very underhanded tactics at granite city tire and auto. Came in for an oil change and they wanted $175 to change brand new spark plugs on top of recommending a $140 transmission flush (you gotta be kidding me!). Will never do business with them again. Buyer beware.
Came in because my tire lost 10PSI in 5 days - they checked the tire for a leak and found a nail! They had it fixed in no time so I could get back on the road! Thank you!!
We broke down last night on the way to pick up our kids for Christmas. The gentleman at Granite City and Auto in Saint Cloud borrowed us a phone charger to use overnight at our hotel. He got a team member to drive us to the hotel and proceeded to prioritize our vehicle repair right away in the morning. They had our vehicle ready for us right at the same time checkout was at the hotel.
