Scratched my buddies rims and claimed they didn't do it. I would not trust any business that does not stand by their work. There was photo evidence..
I went there to get my breaks looked at and they said it was done and when I got there the battery in my car was dead and my brakes are grinding this is the worst experience I’ve ever had the car is worst then it was before I am vary displease and will never recommend them to anybody

Fantastic service! Picked up and delivered my car for no charge. Fixed my main issue, then went ahead and fixed a minor issue for no cost. Will definitely be coming back!
EVERYTHING!! This weekend my father in law and mother in law were traveling from Wisconsin and their vehicle broke down. I called the shop Friday afternoon explained our situation and Jason said bring it in and we will take care of it. Saturday Derek called FIL explained what was wrong and quoted him cost of repairs. Always great service, the whole team at the Sartell location has always gone above & beyond to exceed my expectations! Other tire stores have messed up my rim in the past, these guys know what they're doing!
Granite City Tire & Auto put new tires on the a friends truck! Put some good gouges in the wheels. Offered a $16 touch up pen, rim repair, or a $150 gift card to granite city tire and auto. The manager said the rim repair would "look goofy" and he wouldnt buy new rims.
