I was / am recovering from a serious injury, and I had to start my fitness journey back from square one. I decided to try the spinning classes, and despite being a total newbie I immediately felt welcome and supported. I’ve been going regularly for a few months now and couldn’t be happier with my decision to be part of of GCGF. I highly recommend going!

I absolutely love this gym. Each instructor brings their unique style to class, so they’re all different, but they have one thing in common: a killer workout! I never thought group fitness would be ‘my thing’, but that thought went out the door when I started at GCGF. The community of folks who attend are the icing on the cake; we all support one another and have fun while we’re there.
I don’t usually drop in too often to granite city group fitness, but when I do, it’s the best time. Brit and Bret are awesome owners that are approachable and passionate about their gym. Amanda Kohle is the reason I go, and I am biased because she is one of my best friends, but I can always tell from the participants that are there when she’s teaching that she is an awesome instructor.
