RecommendedBoss took me here for Administration Professional Day. Absolutely fabulous food and atmosphere.
We love the ribeyes at GC so when I saw the list of items on the Easter Brunch I talked the family into going. One of the items we were excited for was the “Shrimp with Bloody Mary”. We had a reservation so no wait, great. Server came right away and explained where everything was and got our drink order. Very good service, friendly staff and good food
The plates we were brought for our appetizers were dirty. In between the stack there were huge hidden globs if ketchup. Waited quite a while for our food and our waitress sounded like she was annoyed with us for pointing out our obviously dirty plates. We then unwrapped our silverware to find that it too was dirty! forks and knives full of crusted on food and greasy.. does this restaurant even wash their dishes?
The steak salad was amazing!
Watched our food sit under the warmer for 15 mins., while the waiter wondered around from table to table getting little done for any of us. Burgers undercooked and cold! Manager did nothing to correct problem. Customers around us were complaining as well. One finally got his beer after he was done eating. Line was out the front when we left, and there were plenty of empty tables.
I be never had a bad meal at Granite City. It a great place to take family and friends to enjoy one another’s company!😊👍
