Usually my favorite, until last visit! Server (I believe Bryan?) worst ever. Avoided eye contact, took us 45 minutes to get our lunch. No apologies or explanations. Order was wrong but could never flag him down to let him know, no drink refills, or check to see if everything was ok. Might I add it was around 3:00 and not busy. Needless to say left him no tip, as we were leaving he came out to the parking lot and sarcasticly yelled "have a GREAT day ladies!" Called the manager, she didn't act too concerned. Never have I been to a place for the 1st time that I was so impressed with their efforts to make me want to come back. The food was excellent. Service was pretty standard with very attentive server. The manager came by because it was our 1st visit & gave us a free dessert! Made us feel like V.I.P.'S! WE'LL BE BACK!
