First time comming to america . Now i realize why Canadians are so much nicer. The way i seen management treat thier employees . Servers were great to deal with but overall management Justin lee needs to step up his respect for others.

We went to granite city for dinner, our server was wonderful. But we had to send back our daughters corn dogs twice because they were FROZEN. Not cold, frozen...the first time I understand mistakes happen but the second time they came back with frost on the inside and I even struggled to slice them. The manager finally came over when the third order was brought out (hot this time) and said she was cover the corndogs. I appreciate she did that but there is no reason one of the easiest things to do should have been served ice ... read more

I love going to Granite City but was disappointed when we sat outside on a beautiful sunny day, there was only 1 umbrella for all the tables. People with babies were wanting to sit outside , but were offered no shade! Hopefully this is a simple fix!!

Was extremely impressed with this restaurant! Heath was an amazing server and gave great suggestions for food and beer. The manager found out we were first timers there from out of town and came to the table to chat. The service and food was beyond amazing. Only bummer is I don't live closer to enjoy the Prairie Vixen Hefeweizen. That is one hell of a good beer! Keep up the great work! I will definitely diner there again when I am in town!
