Terrible service. Thought we won gift card. No won beer membership thing. No biggie. We will still eat. Wait 15 minutes for booth. Go to booth, another staff with a lady who just walked in getting in booth. I want to leave then. Other half wants to stay. We stay. They clean a booth. We sit another 15 minutes, no menu, no greeter, no nothing. We get up to leave, staff stops us. Only to go try and another staff to help us. Outta here. To Biaggi’s across the street.
Won’t be back couldn’t get a straw the waitress did nothing more than take the order. She didn’t bring the drinks out...nor the food and didn’t even check on us once we got the food. Took over an hr to order get the food eat and check out and all I ordered was a kids meal burger and fries and a nacho appetizer! My son didn’t get ketchup until he done eating.
