This was the worse service I have ever received here. Was super excited to bring friends in for their first time. Needless to say they will NOT be returning. We set for nearly 15 minutes before someone asked about our drinks. This being the hostess ( I asked). At least another 10 to 15 minutes before we actually had a server. Went to Granite City for dinner. Their apps & drinks are half off. The waitress, Jessica, charged full price for the drinks. She was no where to be found. The bartender fixed the bill from $29 to $21. The waitress comes back, drops the bill, I get up and hand it to her. She charges me $38.03. I informed her of her mistake. She runs off. I go to the bartender and explain the situation. The manager, Chris, comes over, I explain what happened. He refuses to fix the bill, and gets belligerent, cause I said Jessica was not smart.... read more
