Over the years I’ve Dealt with every supply houses in my area, But once they put this new Granite City in, I have not gone anywhere else. I pretty much deal exclusively with Nick and he is the go to guy. He is super responsive both with email text or phone calls. Always letting you know when he has received something and that he is currently working on it. Everything has been super transparent. I'm frustrated by the situation. They ordered the shipment, yet they won't unload the truck—even with no other trucks present and only a few pallets to offload
There crazy guy who setting the office and he is watching Facebook and don’t have any respect westing ur time I don’t like him one star
Andy from Granite City has been amazing! I haven’t see this level of customer service in this area for quite some time. Thanks to all of the staff for being on point with my first order! I opened a business line of credit and I plan on making this my central stock hub for all work I do.
