A great place to live, maintenance is quick with the work orders. Will be renewing our lease again in June.
I've been living here 4 years now. If there is a problem in your apartment they are very good at getting on top of it right away within reason. I've had different managers of which all were very thoughtful, helpful and understanding. As well as the owner. I didn't disclose names. But all of you know who you are. Thank You!!!!!
I been living in the US for 9 years and I have not rented any place as clean and quiet as Granite city,the office staff is friendly and considerate,she responds quickly and efficiently, l have brought most of my family and friends,Granite City office staff treat the tenants the same even if you are black or white no discrimination.
