My husband and I made arrangements with Shawn and Summer for tile installation for our backsplash and quartz countertops in our kitchen. The only issue prior to installation was confusion about who would pick up the tile. Without a contract, it was based on verbal agreement. After emailing Summer pictures of the tile, she increased the work amount, and we agreed due to the tile's diamond shape.
