These guys have always been cheap and affordable. I have family in Red Granite and make a trip from Missouri every few months, and whenever I need something done to my car these are the guys I go to. They're very honest. I had them order a part a few months ago for my car and one of their mechanics, Kurt, told me that I honestly didn't really need the part but he would put it on if he wanted. I be really careful high mileage vehicles are great if you back the customer. I rather pay extra 10 percent or 20 get something dependable. It's like going to a casino they will get you.
Disclaimer: You will pay out of pocket for labor costs if they install a bad part. Not my fault, not their fault but everyone has a right to know their policy. If they buy and install a bad part in your car you will pay 20$/hr in labor within 90 days and 70$/hr in labor after 90 days. The company says this is the same anywhere you go so this shouldnt deter any customers I just wasnt aware.
4 email, 2 call. Never get answer. I guess this companyu don't exist anymore...
The most terrible place! They guy has the worst customer service salesman. He offers less than half of what standard NADA and KBB would give for trade ins.
I highly recommend these guys for their great service! They are always helpful, friendly, and trustworthy!
