My husband and I went to this apartment complex on Monday, April 15th to inquire about possibly living here because of the great reviews and because the complex looks great. Granite 550 is an excellent location if you are looking for high-quality staff coupled with modern comfort. Not only does it have all the amenities but it also comes with a maintenance crew that is engaged and willing to fix any issue that comes up. I have found little to no issues parking, although the office keeps a keen eye out to make sure it stays that way. Really it has been an absolute joy living here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great home.
What an awesome staff, the manager is one of the nicest, fun ladies I have ever met! The apartments are very nice, clean and up to date. I am going to love living here!
Great, Modern, Clean apartments but not for small animal lovers I've lived at Granite for about 6 months and there really hasn't been much I could complain about. Since i'ts a new apartment complex it has a couple issues it's still working out, like parking situations, but the office ladies and maintenance are pretty great at trying to make everyone's experience good. This place is outstanding. Office people are great and top notch maintenance! Melissa Reilly goes out of her way to help in anyway and never complains. She is a hard worker and cares about the people in our Granite 550 community. She is also very respectful and professional outside of her job. She has a great attitude and is very much appreciated! We have the best maintenance crew is Casper. We like Scott too!
