RecommendedWe have lived at Granite 550 for over 3 years now. I love our apartment and the majority of those who live here. For the most part people are friendly, quiet, and take good care of their apartment. I love Hannah, she is amazing and always gets back to us when we need something. The maintenance crew has always addressed our concerns. The only complaint I have is the amenities being frequently closed due to repairs. Recently everything had been shutdown due to Covid which is understandable though really stinks to be paying for... read more

Hannah has been great helping us move from our two bedroom to a great three bedroom. We have dogs and she found us a great apartment near the dog park. We love Granite 550 and all of the amenities it has to offer. We thought about checking out other places but the staff was so friendly and helpful, we knew this was the place for our family.
I have been living here for 2 months and have been very happy with this place. I love the size of the apartment, and how easy it is to move around. I am excited for the amenities to open so we can use the pool and gym. i also love that when something breaks they are quick to get it fixed. Absolutely love this place
Stay away Only go to if you want to make all your own repairs and want to step in dog crap if you ever step off the grass
