The atmosphere came across as trying a bit too hard to feel upscale without delivering on the food. I would not recommend getting the steak. It's grossly disappointing.
Unsure how you can claim to be fine upscale dining and have drop ceilings. Drop ceilings are for schools and finished basements. They should not be in any restaurant let alone a "fine" dining restaurant.
