All the staff in this office are super nice and friendly. All of them are very helpful. The wait times are minimal. I’ve been seeing Dr Joe Nelson for over 4 years. He’s a great Dr and has great assistants.

Dr Joseph Nelson is an excellent doctor! He is thorough. He’s genuinely interested in my health and well being. He doesn’t rush in and out. He acts like I’m the most important patient of the day. His office at St. Marks is run well. The office workers are polite, professional and helpful. The lab is quick, convenient and friendly. It’s always a great experience to go to the doctors office at Granger Medical. Thank you!
I was a first time patient there and I was impressed with how cordial the entire staff was. They made me feel welcomed. The wait time in the waiting room was short and I liked that everyone was wearing a name tag so I knew all their names. I saw Dr. Cate and he was wonderful and so receptive to my concerns. I highly recommend the Granger Medical Clinic!!
The front staff was very nice,they NP was very understanding about why I was there and didn't make me feel dumb
They treat you very well and talk to you about what they are going to do and why and then make sure you understand everything to do before they let you leave
