Had several injections in my spine following a car accident. They were supposed to numb the pain so I could function. They were to last several months. They didn't last 24 hours. I never really spoke to Dr. Davis. He would just come in the room to administer the shot when I was face down already. I followed up with Jared Mathis his P.A He was really nice and tried to help me. I was really bummed to switch doctors because Dr. Evers is just the best! However, if I have to see the front desk just to go there , I’m good! Front desk does not know how to do their job. I used to work in pediatrics front and back office before moving here to Utah! Front desk clearly doesn’t communicate well, they don’t know how to check insurance, they will ask you for the card because they are too lazy to look it up, even though they can. These people have not kept track of ANY medical charges. They have made several false claims and have tried to falsely charge us over $400. Bullshit, and I don't recommend this clinic.

This review is for business practices and not the doctors I have had over the years. This is a warning to watch your charges and what they bill. Some of my family have been charged office visits for calling for a refill of their medication. On my last visit, I was changing doctors since mine had retired. When the bills came I was charged for two office visits. Of course the insurance company will not pay for two office visits on one day. I have called billing three times. One of the worst experiences ever. I have had to do all of the leg work due to a billing error, and yet, they insist I have to pay for something that every other place I have been to covers 100% with no charge to the patient. They won't even try to rectify the situation and keep asking me to do it for them. I am now stuck not only paying once, but twice, due to this incompetence. Granger is not a doctors office. They are just there to take your co-pay or your deductible. They sent me to a surgeon to fuse my spine and the MRI afterwards shows that they put a screw in twice because they missed the first time. I have three more vertebra that have disc or stenosis issues that they will give me shots for, but I have to wait over a month and they will not give me anything to help with the pain until then. Granger Medical has the worst billing department I have ever seen! Everyone in the billing department is completely incompetent, lazy, stupid, and unable to perform remedial math. Billing for me and my family has been wrong so often that I now expect to spend hours waiting on the phone or trying to explain to them how a statement is suppose to work. This clinic is horrible. I can in and this medical assistant attended my child and I and the medical assistant was horribly rude. Her name is Tiffany Bayer. I tried explaining what My child had and she did not let me answer instead she ignored my and moved on to the next question. I did not like that at all. She went out of the room and she got another medical assistant to attend us.
