Granger is not a doctors office. They are just there to take your co-pay or your deductible. They sent me to a surgeon to fuse my spine and the MRI afterwards shows that they put a screw in twice because they missed the first time. I have three more vertebra that have disc or stenosis issues that they will give me shots for, but I have to wait over a month and they will not give me anything to help with the pain until then. Granger Medical has the worst billing department I have ever seen! Everyone in the billing department is completely incompetent, lazy, stupid, and unable to perform remedial math. Billing for me and my family has been wrong so often that I now expect to spend hours waiting on the phone or trying to explain to them how a statement is suppose to work. This clinic is horrible. I can in and this medical assistant attended my child and I and the medical assistant was horribly rude. Her name is Tiffany Bayer. I tried explaining what My child had and she did not let me answer instead she ignored my and moved on to the next question. I did not like that at all. She went out of the room and she got another medical assistant to attend us.
