Once arriving at Urgent Care, we had been informed that it could take up to an hour to see the provider. I was intense muscle spasms in my back. I think we waited no more than 20 minutes. When we were called to one of the rooms. 5 minutes later the provider came in. I was examined and he sent my pharmacy prescriptions to be filled. All in all it took no longer than 1.5 hours! Great place to go. Don’t think twice, it will be worth the visit!
They understood my fear of my reasons of coming to their Urgent Care and they worked fast and took me in without hesitation. Everything else were second priority… like paperwork n stuffs. I was a priority and never once made me felt an inconvenience with all the other patients before me. The nurse that attended to me was top notch. Waited for over an hour to see a PA. This is 2nd time I have to wait that long. Not to mention I got there when they open
Excellent quick service was given to correct a health event. The fast, thorough, and correct application of treatment was instrumental in relieving pain , worry or advancement of the issue. Professional treatment and interpersonal interaction was critical in creating a healing environment. This was the correct choice in all aspects .
