Over all my experience was ok. However there were a few aspects that could have been improved which I feel are worth mentioning. . One main concern was the lack of follow up from the doctor who treated me. I had x rays taken , but never received any explanation regarding results. The doctor was unsure an radiology wasn't in until Monday. It left me uncertain , and I ended up reaching out to my primary doctor to get the information. I went in and did a urine sample for some different tests and I have been waiting over a week and a half for results now and have tried calling multiple times to get ahold of really anybody that can just tell me my results and have had no luck. They’ve left my name with the doctors multiple times now and I still haven’t received any phone calls from them to go over my results.
I was having severe back pain, could hardly walk. I was checked in, treated and able to walk out within 1.5 hrs. Thank you!
