Wonderful staff, very empathetic and kind.
Very caring and understanding. Pleasant experience.
The entire process was swift and the staff was very professional. The provider called after the visit to recommend an additional course of treatment for me as she seemingly did some additional research on my case. Highly recommend especially as most care providers these days want to rush you in and out.
The PA I saw had very poor bedside manner. I went in because half of my thumb was numb, and he never once touched or examined my hand. He simply Googled which nerve could possibly be causing the numbness, but never did any kind of physical hand exam. I found that very concerning and left feeling like my issue wasn’t really evaluated. My daughter has also seen this PA before and had a similar experience with his bedside manner.
