I had the absolute worst experience with the doctor I saw on Thursday. Dr. Juan Martinez-Ross was extremely rude. I went in to establish care. He was trying to have me do all this blood work for diabetes when I don’t have a family history of it and I have never had any episodes that I would need to get tested for diabetes. I asked him why and that’s when he said due to family history and people my age of 40. Well I needed a short term form filled out and it was HELL to get to someone to tell me if I got it. Wait time is crap! And, one of the calls when I did finally get someone and boy do I wish I had got that mans name. He acted put out that he had to look to see if the fax was received and put me on hold, mind you it took me 10 minutes to get to this guy.
