I went to go to my first dermatologist apt. they charged me $75 copay, with my insurance. they then told me it would only be $35. they told me they sent my money back, it has been three days and i have yet to receive my money. every time i try to call and talk to billing i am put on hold for hours. i waited an hour just to get back to the room, and another thirty minutes for the doctor to see me. he took one look at my face and prescribed me $100 acne cream. honestly don't even waste your time.
