This was literally the most pain in the a** insurance company I’ve EVER had to deal with. Their driver ran into my parked vehicle (so their driver was clearly at fault). It took them a month to verify their driver was at fault and pay for the damage to my car. The totally unprofessional adjuster (Jayson Pietryk) they gave me was extremely rude every time I spoke to him and he even hung up on me one time. His supervisor was not much better. I will never ever deal with this sorry excuse of an insurance company company again.
Grange provides me home and auto a great rate. I have never had to place a claim but 1 day I was in an accident. Grange called me and the claim took 5 minutes to complete. Fast, courteous and professional.

They haven't done a thing in over 6 mos. Then they cancelled me due non payment. I was not past due at all. Still have a hole in my ceiling still bad pipes still mold. Unbelievable. I have only one good rep. The rest.........
