My loved one was only on hospice care for a week before she passed. The first couple of days Grane nurses called me every day to give me an update on how she was doing and were compassionate and caring.The last 3 days of her life I never received one phone call, not even in her final hours. Needless to say, I was very sad and disappointed with Grane Hospice and therefore cannot recommend them.
