We visited Grandville Pediatric Dentistry this morning for my son who had a chipped tooth. They got us in right away, were extremely kind and professional, and very knowledgeable with the next steps and treatment plan. The entire place is so cute and super kid friendly from the decor to the stickers, prizes and balloons at the end of the visit. We had a wonderful experience and my son feels very comfortable getting his composite crown due to the warm and welcoming environment and friendly staff. Thank you!
I appreciate the office and their friendliness towards the kids; however, I was upset by the dentists lack of understanding when she told me that she “didn’t care what insurance covered” and that if I didn’t like their policies to “go find a new dentist.” Recommendations for care is one thing but a whole other thing when their is no sensitivity to the cost of care when it’s something as simple as an extra set of X-rays when there is no cause or necessity but rather preventative measures.
