Great experience here! We are a military family who was visiting relatives in the area. Our 6-yr old daughter had a terrible fall on her face and injured her mouth & teeth as a result. After an urgent care visit and strong recommendation to see a dentist, we were referred by family to this office. They were able to get us in quickly and were very responsive to my calls and texts. I asked about a payment plan and they told me I had to pay in full. I tried to explain that I could pay 100 now and make the rest in payments. They told me I cannot leave unless I pay in full. I had to pay in full in order to walk out that door, which created critical issues later on. Very disheartening. Family is not a priority here, money is.
