Very happy with location and management
Are any of these apartments low income or subsidy housing?
The place is infested with roaches & despite them having camera’s everywhere they do nothing about theft in the buildings , it’s ridiculous looking foward to my lease being up I can’t stay somewhere and have no peace of mind because they’re thieves around !!! Every week me or my child’s items are stolen it’s a shame !!!!!!
My advice, stay away from Bob & Roger Schwab, and these buildings. Poorly maintained. Getting them to fix something was nearly impossible. I learned to give up after 3 tries. Leaky windows.The laundry machines are expensive, small, old, & don’t work well.. I spoke with Bob more than 2 months b/4 my lease was to renew (they request a 60 day notice when you intend to leave) & agreed on a $20 to $25 increase, and then he attempted to charge me twice that.
