RecommendedIt was my first time at the office today. I had been going to the same eye doctor since I have been 8 but since moving to Columbus have not found a new eye doctor. The service I received today was extraordinary from each and every one of the staff. They were informative, helpful. Glad to find my new eye care home! 5 stars all the way! Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses in a few weeks!!! Whole staff went above and beyond!
Awesome customer service! I was supposed to have my first ever visit with Grandview Vision Center next week. Things are a little hectic right now with the coronavirus, so my appointment was moved to May which is completely understandable. I voiced my concern about waiting until May since I’m on my last pair of contacts and can’t see out of my glasses . The best experience, every time. Rolled into here because it's close to where I work. Absolutely blown away by Jared's attention to detail and customer experience; furthermore I am very confident in his ability to get me the very best price by helping me understand my own insurance plans. Don't ever plan to go to another place!
Best place I have ever been to for an eye exam and to get contacts and glasses. The staff were all very helpful and nice. She was very informative on the reason for each step in the process and made me feel comfortable and happy to be there.
