Love this apartment, awesome location next to baseball diamonds and a lot of nature trails. Very pet friendly, Dan the building manager is very kind and helpful, much appreciated
I agree strongly with the first reviews. My apt: Hall way closet doors are falling off. Kitchen sink was so plugged up and on the verge of over flowing before he finally got a plumber in. Toilet barely flushes, Bathroom door doesn't close properly. Water shutdown every other week. Only way to find out is to check for any notices on the main floor every night before you go to bed. And they have the nerve to ask the gov't for 5+ % increase in rent for more cosmetic work.. in the hallways/main floor
I sure do miss the views from the 9th floor! Friendly folks and a nice place to live.
Extremely quiet, building pet friendly, and everyone is very nice. All pets are treated like a family in this building.
