Omg!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in life!! I called for a breast reduction and asked for a consultation and the woman who answered told me they don’t do consultations!?? And then asked me “ma’am I don’t know what you want me to do for you” ummm sweetheart I already have my doctors approval and I’m fishing for surgeons re re! Omg I’m so confused about her mental state!
I was very impressed from the time I got there til I left I was treated with dignity and respect and any questions I had were attended too THANKS GRANDVIEW may you all be blessed for blessing others. Continue to do the profession with that type of INTEGRITY 🥰🤗
Had a procedure done on my back here, the staff was friendly a d professional and really made me feel at ease before my operation, I was a little nervous but by the time I was in the operating room I was ready to go. Excellent experience and helped end my nerve pain suffering!
Check in was easy and Staff was so nice. The Doctor and Anesthesiologist spoke to me before my son's surgery and explained everything. The nurses were very nice too. After surgery, the Doctor spoke to me. Discharge was nice too. Nurses were doting and attentive.
If it wasnt for our doctor from oip, i would not use this facility. You're billing department is trash and inconsistent. Called 2 days before and said he owed an anesthesia bill from his neck surgery 3 years ago that we never recieved ...so had to pay that almost 600 or they were refusing service..so you didnt know he owed this months ago??? Then had to give another 400 day of....that at first they said 1600....like wth. And it is time to lose the social distance and mask b.s. if the oip doesnt require them at their ofice th... read more
