My experience was unsettling! I will not be back because it was unprofessional of your staff to discuss me while I was outside the waiting room! First of all there is no place to wait and I could hear the two talking about me! Something happened that was an accident and I felt horrible during my appointment. Not allowing me a chance to compose myself either. I was physically shaking and crying. This is a time of difficulty as it is.
